Non-Returnable Items

We care deeply about the safety and satisfaction of everyone who uses our products. Since they’re designed for personal use and wellness, we’re unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or used. Even unopened items may be compromised once they leave our care, and we want to ensure every customer receives products they can trust.
If something’s not right, we’re here to help — just be sure to provide valid proof so we can resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Return Process

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or includes an incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. To help us process your return efficiently, be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.

Subscription Cancellations

We do not accept returns or provide refunds if a subscription is canceled on the same day it renews and the renewal has already been processed.
