Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Wholesalers and international resellers can contact us about wholesale options.
Shipping rates
- Free Economy shipping on every order (5–8 business days), including every subscription order.
- Standard shipping (3–4 business days) is available for $9.90.
The shipping options and prices for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders placed on TikTok Shop or other marketplaces use that marketplace's shipping terms.
Processing time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. At busy times it can take a little longer; delivery times start once your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help. See our Refund Policy for replacements and refunds.
