Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Gummy Gardens "Subscribe & save" subscriptions work. By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms and authorize the recurring charges described below.
What you get
- A 1-bag, 2-pack or 3-pack of creatine gummies delivered every month.
- Subscription prices, against the one-time list price: 1 bag $36 (save $4, 10%), 2-pack $68 (save $12, 15%), 3-pack $96 (save $24, 20%). The exact price is shown on the product page and at checkout before you subscribe.
- Free shipping within the United States on every subscription order.
Automatic renewal and billing
Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. We charge your first order at checkout. After that, we charge the payment method on file on each renewal date for the subscription price plus any applicable tax, and ship your order. You'll receive an email confirming each renewal order.
How to cancel
- Cancel anytime from your account: sign in at gummygardens.com, open "Manage subscription" and choose Cancel. You can also email gummysales@gummygardens.com and we'll cancel it for you.
- To stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.
- Cancelling stops future orders. Orders already processed will still ship.
Changing your subscription
From "Manage subscription" you can skip or delay an order, change your flavor or pack size, update your address or payment method, or change your next renewal date.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again and email you so you can update your payment method. If payment keeps failing, we may pause or cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first subscription order. Renewals that have already been processed aren't refundable, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. See our Refund Policy for details.
Discounts
Discount codes apply only as stated in their terms. Unless a code says otherwise, it can't be combined with other offers.
